My work investigates memory and artifice with the aid of tools like Derrida's concept of cinema as “the art of allowing ghosts to come back”, recording devices like film and paper, and the principle of the test assembly (Versuchsanordnung).
My practice encompasses drawing, painting and design. I have a particular interest in the publication form as art, and I regularly self-publish and collaborate on artist books. My work has been exhibited and published internationally. I grew up in the Principality of Liechtenstein, Europe, and studied at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design (formerly Emily Carr Institute) in Vancouver, Canada, and at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, USA. I currently live and work in Berlin.
